Political commentator and Founding President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has said former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia had limited power to influence key decisions while in office. According to him, although Dr Bawumia had good intentions, some of his efforts to implement reforms were undermined within government.
