Fabrizio Romano has revealed on his YouTube channel that Man United midfielder Manuel Ugarte could leave Old Trafford this summer as Michael Carrick’s men eye multiple new midfield additions.
He claims that work has already begun to find a solution for the Uruguay international, with ‘several possibilities’ emerging ahead of the summer.
The expectation at the Manchester club is that they will part ways with Ugarte at the end of this season, as they eye rebuilding their midfield.
BBC Sport have relayed this information from Romano and added that Tottenham are one of three clubs eyeing a move for the 24-year-old.
The report says that the Lilywhites have joined in the race for the Man United star by Newcastle United and Galatasaray.

According to TEAMtalk, Spurs are not expected to activate the one-year extension in Bissouma’s contract, and are ready to let the midfielder leave on a free transfer.
