Vanessa Trump Breaks Silence on Tiger Woods After Accident With New Message
Earlier this week, Tiger Woods announced he would be taking a step away as he sought treatment following a rollover car accident late last month.
“I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today,” the 15-time major champion said in a statement posted to his social media accounts Tuesday night. “I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.
“I’m committed to taking the time needed to return to a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time.”

Vanessa Trump Offers New Message for Woods
As Woods seeks treatment, his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, issued her first public message of support for the five-time Masters champion.
In a post her Instagram story, Trump posted a photo showing the two sharing an embrace with the caption "Love you" and heart emojis adorning the photo.
Just three days prior to Woods' accident and subsequent arrest, Trump and her daughter Kai Trump were right by his side as he competed in the TGL finals. It seemed like the likely first step in Woods' attempt at playing the Masters before he eventually stepped away from golf following the accident.

Woods, Trump Are 'In Love' as Her Post Suggests
If Trump's social media post wasn't enough evidence, an insider previously told People that the two are in love.
“She is very supportive of his golf endeavors because despite his age and injuries, golf dominates Tiger’s life," the source said.
However, the physical toll of seven back surgeries and a ruptured Achilles can reportedly make the 50-year-old "difficult to be around at times."
“She has her hands full sometimes,” one insider told People, “but Vanessa also has a life of her own and children to care for so she isn’t around it all the time. She is happy with him and any issues they have are not about her. It’s dealing with his frustrations about playing great golf and his pain that at some times is really confining.”
In addition to stepping away from golf ahead of the Masters, Woods also took his name out of the running to be the U.S. Ryder Cup captain in 2027.
