Although I was raised in the Sunshine State, I stand 10 toes down when I say that New York City is the best place on earth. However, the one thing NYC doesn’t really have that Florida has in abundance is swimming pools. And while I don’t miss them that much, it isn’t until I see a chic float that makes me yearn for a small body of water built into the ground. So you can imagine how badly I want to hit the water after seeing the new Funboy x SKIMS collab.
Even if you don’t have a pool or lack access to one, you’ve definitely seen a Funboy float before. They’re the luxury inflatable brand that creates those Instagrammable pool floats that can look like anything from a giant pink flamingo to a golf cart, and much more beyond that. They’ve been around since 2015 and have remained the leader in high-end pool floats and accessories. Since then, America’s favorite reality TV family has not gotten enough of them, with almost all the Kardashian sisters being spotted on them at one point or another. So it’s only right, ahead of SKIMS second drop of their swim collection that they partnered with Funboy for, dare I say, the sexiest pool floats ever. When is the Funboy x SKIMS Drop Happening?
Get your swimsuits ready, because it’s happening tomorrow! The shapewear brand took to Instagram yesterday to share news of their second swimsuit collection drop, alongside this very fun collab. As of now, the new pool floats will be available starting tomorrow, Thursday, April 2nd at 9 am PST/ 12 pm EST.
What’s So Special About the Funboy x SKIMS Collab?
For starters, practically everything Kim Kardashian touches, including her brand SKIMS, is monochromatic neutrals. This new partnership combines the unique excitement of a Funboy product with SKIMS’ elegantly neutral color palette. Not to mention, they match perfectly with the new swimwear coming out, so it’ll be the ultimate accessory this season.
The collab features everything you would expect from Funboy, including a massive, clear pink jelly swan float and classic tube options. There’s also a float inspired by a woman’s silhouette, in classic SKIMS fashion, as well as inflatable chaise loungers and tanning pools. The entire collection ranges from $29 to $499, with a floating dock being the most expensive.

You’ll be able to find the entire collection on both SKIMS.com and Funboy.com tomorrow morning. But considering this is a SKIMS drop, we have a feeling it’s going to sell out quickly, so we definitely recommend trying your hand at both sites when the time comes.
