Aam Aadmi Party MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra has been arrested in Patiala. He was on the run since September last year in a rape case. Police registered a case against him on charges of rape, cheating, and criminal intimidation. The MLA was declared a proclaimed offender. He had previously escaped police custody in Haryana.
