Kamala Harris has overtaken Gavin Newsom in a new poll of likely Democratic voters for the 2028 presidential primary. Harris gained three points to reach 21%, while Newsom dropped five points to 19%. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Pete Buttigieg follow behind.
