How are they the same as coming for a cross, reaching it, but there’s so many players at the back stick it still goes to one of them. People must be able to see they are worlds apart.
Honestly, I reckon he made a howler that led to a goal in that match, but that wasn’t it. Not challenging for the ball in the opposition box when he went up for a corner was a bigger mistake and led to the boy-child scoring. If he’d have been braver and gone for that second ball, even if he’d clattered someone would have been better because they’d have stopped for a free kick and he’d have got back in position. That was the bigger mistake for me.
