Jeremy Paul Richard, 30, of Opelousas, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with 38 counts of Child Sexual Abuse Materials Under the Age of 13, following an investigation involving the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office.
