“Sorry, that’s funny! I don’t know what to say, that’s funny. Sorry if you don’t have humor,” she said in the TikTok video. “But also, I’m not really here to argue with the people who are very against abortions for whatever reason, ’cause we’re so fundamentally different in the way we view the world, at least on this topic.”
She went on adding that she’s not here to try and convince anyone to have the same view as her, and addressed the comments directly that were pro-choice, but noting abortion is a serious topic.
“I just want to know why that is. Why do you feel like abortion is only okay when it’s a very hard decision, when it’s something that women have to struggle with going through. When it’s emotionally or physically painful,” Zara said. “Why is it only okay, why does that make it morally superior than when someone just wanting an abortion for whatever reason?”

“Why is it only morally okay when women have to suffer? Now riddle me that,” she added.
Zara then went on to say that yes, we should maybe try to avoid it and teach sexual education to children to make sure that there are other options, like birth control, access to free condoms, etc.
“I feel like joking about stuff like that makes it something that we can also just talk about,” she added. “It doesn’t have to be taboo, it doesn’t have to be this bad thing that women do, because also, if we speak about it in a casual manner, that also makes the women who go through it, and who are actually suffering through it… There are women that want their babies, but they can’t keep them because they might have symptoms that’ll make it impossible to…”
Zara noted about certain laws in places like Texas that make it to illegal to have an abortion, but women need it because the baby won’t live outside of the womb, but they can’t get the abortion due to the policies around it.
