Britney Spears' Rep Breaks Silence on 'Unfortunate' & 'Inexcusable' DUI Arrest
Britney Spears‘ representative has released a statement to Just Jared on her recent arrest.
If you did not see, the 44-year-old superstar was arrested on Wednesday (March 4) for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) in California.
Now, her rep has shared a statement, where they call this “completely inexcusable” and “unfortunate.”

The rep told JJ: “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable. Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time.”
The statement continued, “Her boys are going to be spending time with her. Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being.”
Britney is mom to sons Jayden James, 19 and Sean Preston, 20.
