We all know he is good off the ball but playing as the number 10 them stats on the ball don’t look great.

I don’t think anybody would argue about his off the ball work but on the ball he is very poor so the question is does just being good off the ball warrant a place in this team. Some people think yes and some think no.

I had a look at his fotmob stats recently (not sure how accurate they are) but they weren’t even average for the position he is playing.
