After a couple posts in the DW thread from
@BostonRed and myself, I can confirm that an '06 named Santiago García who is based in Ecuador with 9 de Octubre is American-born (though recently with Colombian YNTs) with Colombian and Ecuadorian parents. Seems to have a twin named Alejandro who also plays ball.
