Joseph Anthony Roy Jr. of Rayne was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine, illegal carrying of a weapon, cruelty to juveniles, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a fatal overdose investigation.
