Sometimes you go on vacation to lie on the beach and drink piña coladas, and sometimes you go on vacation to better your mind and body. Recently, I spent a week at the Biggest Loser Resort in Palm Desert, Calif., to learn how to eat right and work out. Though it wasn’t easy (I spent four hours a day working out and another three in nutrition and wellness classes), I certainly learned a lot.
