Two men were arrested in Ghaziabad for allegedly murdering a public toilet caretaker after he denied them entry for failing to pay Rs 300. The victim, Prem Kumar, was found to have died from strangulation. Police have added charges of dishonest misappropriation and common intention to the murder case.
