A CBI-led SIT has filed a chargesheet in a large-scale procurement scam involving the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. Uttarakhand-based Bhole Baba Dairy allegedly supplied 68 lakh kg of synthetic ghee worth Rs 250 crore to the TTD between 2021 and 2024. Thirty-six individuals, including TTD staff and external experts, have been named as accused in the 15-month-long investigation.
