Austin Breyette, the Watervliet man who was convicted of an April 2024 dirt bike crash that left a University at Albany student severely injured and then leaving the scene of the crash, has been sentenced. In court on Tuesday, Breyette was sentenced to serve 7 1/3 to 12 years in prison.
