WATCH: Somali Woman Robs Independent Journalist Nick Sortor in Minneapolis Then Drives Off, Dragging Him Down the Street Before Leftists Surround and Threaten Him – FBI Responds!
Pro-Trump independent journalist Nick Sortor was robbed of a $1,000 camera by an apparent Somali woman while filming in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on Sunday.
Video from the incident shows a masked woman ripping the camera out of Sortor’s hand as he’s behind the wheel of his vehicle. He then jumps out of the car and chases his robber to their vehicle, before they sped off with him holding onto the door handle.
Sortor said he was dragged down the street after his hand got stuck in the car’s door handle.
“They just stole my camera,” he said after the car escaped. A man then approached him, screaming, “That’s what the f*ck you wanted, right? That’s what the f*ck you wanted, right?”
The man continued, following Sortor, screaming, “Man, listen, motherf*cker, you better get the f*ck up out of here. F*cking coward. Motherf*cker, you a coward b*tch.”
Several other leftists surrounded him and Cam Higby with their phones out, screaming at and berating them.
Sortor wrote on X,
A group of Somali thugs just ROBBED me of my $1,000 camera in the Cedar Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis
They then DRAGGED ME DOWN THE STREET as my hand got trapped in their door handle
NOBODY bothered helping
DHS MUST RAID THIS PLACE!

The FBI responded to the incident shortly after the video was posted. “We’re on it,” they said on X.

This comes after Sortor was attacked last week while covering a leftist mob rioting outside an ICE facility in Minneapolis.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Sortor was also surrounded by rioters in his vehicle, which was vandalized with spray paint as leftist thugs bashed his windows in with frozen water bottles and threatened to kill him. This prompted Sortor to speed off, driving through the crowd.
“I was forced to drive away to save our lives, repeatedly warning those standing in front to GET OUT OF THE WAY,” he said in an X post. “They didn’t listen, so I had no choice but to go anyway.”
Police later detained him after rioters reported that he and colleague Cam Higby had guns.
