New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye met his wife, Ann Michael Maye, in middle school.

Both Mayes are in the public eye; he's taken his team to the divisional round playoff, and she has a popular TikTok baking show. That has increased interest in both of them. She's earned the title, "First Lady of New England" from Patriot fans.

Drake Maye & His Wife Met in Middle School

Maye and his wife met in middle school; in fact, in 2024, she shared a collage of photos including throwback showing them together as youths. "So middle school," she wrote with the post. People confirmed they have been together "since their middle school days."

According to the Providence Journal, Ann Maye "was born as Ann Michael Hudson on August 11, 2003, in Huntersville, North Carolina."

Her father was a football player at Wofford College, and her brother played with Drake Maye at the University of North Carolina, Providence Journal reported.

They attended William A. Hough High School together in Cornelius, North Carolina. Maye played field hockey, softball, and was a cheerleader in high school, and she served "as a peer tutor, a member of the National Honor Society and the president of Fellowship of Christian Athletes," the newspaper added.

Her old LinkedIn is still live. "I am a junior from Huntersville, NC majoring in Business Administration at the Kenan Flagler Business School and double minoring in Entrepreneurship and Conflict Management," she wrote when she was in college. In college, she was vice president of finance for a sorority, and she was an intern for a strategy firm.

"Activities and societies: Kappa Delta Sorority- Beta Chi Chapter, Super Cooper’s College Buddies, Carolina Women in Business, Finance Society," she wrote with her university experience.

Her high school experience reads, "Activities and societies: Team Captain of Varsity Softball, Field Hockey, and Cheerleading. President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Active member of Sources of Strength, a national suicide prevention program that sought to improve the mental health of students. Part of National Honors Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and Spanish Honors Society. Peer tutor for students struggling in math, as well as bilingual Spanish tutoring."

Ann Maye's TikTok page is filled with her baking videos. "Happy 2026!!!???? Starting off the new year with a series of healthy(ish) recipes I’ll be posting over the next month! I love having this date bark in my fridge and it’s so easy to make," she wrote with one.

Many of her creations are focused on the holidays. "These are soooo cute but definitely a lot of work for a sugar cookie #bakemas2025," she wrote with one video.

"Chocolate dipped oranges! This recipe is almost to easy to even post but oh well," another video caption says.
