How to seal a rubber washer
Hi I just replaced the pivot bolt for my centerboard (I have a 17' dinghy).
I used a neoprene washer with a metal washer over it. Should I use 3M 4200 to seal it? I know 4200 will seal to the fiberglass, but not sure about the neoprene washer.
