Sarah Shahi Confirms Split from 'Sex/Life' Co-Star Adam Demos
Sarah Shahi has officially confirmed that she and Adam Demos have broken up.
More than eight months after it was first reported that the Sex/Life co-stars have split, Sarah, 45, confirmed their split in a new interview as she reflected on the reality of having a relationship in the public eye.
Keep reading to find out more…“There was an element of the relationship that people really felt belonged to them, which was very sweet and heart- warming,” Sarah told Us Weekly. “The flip to that is when things end, you feel like you’re going through it twice.”
She continued, “You’re going through it emotionally on a personal level, and then you’re going through it again on a much bigger level.”
Sarah and Adam, 40, started dating in 2021 after meeting on set of the Netflix series.
Also in the interview, Sarah shared an update on how getting back into the dating world has been.
“When people show you who they are, believe them the first time,” she said. “It’s a zoo out there in the dating world, and I have to say that everyone I’ve encountered that I had doubts about was correct. There was no need to go back twice. I knew the answer the first time.”
