Special film screenings coming up in Marin
• “Water Lilies of Monet,” a documentary on the French impressionist painter Claude Monet and the series of more than 250 oil paintings of water lilies that preoccupied him for the last 30 years of his life, will be shown at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Lark Theater at 549 Magnolia Ave. in Larkspur. • “Best of the Fest” highlights films from the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival, beginning with “Labors of Love” on Jan. 8 and at the Osher Marin JCC at 200 North San Pedro Road in San Rafael. The series continues with “The Stamp Thief” on Jan. 15 and “The Floaters” on Jan. 22. All screenings are at 6 p.m. Admission is $21.59 for a single ticket or $40.13 with a meal.
