Maharashtra government is training junior assistant priests for the 2027 Simhashta Kumbh Mela in Nashik. The 21-day course teaches Vedic rituals and mantra chanting to individuals aged 12 to 45 from all communities. Upon completion, candidates receive a certificate to assist or conduct rituals.
