Second man, 22, charged with murder of ‘cheeky’ 15-year-old boy
A second man has been charged with the murder of a ‘good-natured and loyal’ teenage boy.
Adam Henry, 15, suffered a single fatal knife wound before being taken to hospital where he died.
Met Police detectives were called to reports of a stabbing on Westbourne Road in north London at 1pm on December 9.
The stabbing took place near St Mary Magdalene Academy, a school which teaches primary, secondary and sixth form-aged pupils in Islington.

Abdel Derdour, 22, of no fixed address, was charged in the early hours of Sunday.
He will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 29 December. He was arrested on Friday, 26 December after a police appeal.
Adam’s family said in a statement: ‘Our beautiful son, Adam, was cruelly taken away from us. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, friend and we will never recover from the loss and not having him in our lives.
‘He had many interests and was always there with a smile and a cheeky sense of humour. He was good-natured and loyal.’
They added: ‘While only 15 years old, the beautiful memories we have of him can never be forgotten.
‘We ask for privacy as a family so we can grieve and try to process this senseless tragedy together.
‘We also request that as this is an active homicide investigation and a broken-hearted family and community, that you refrain from speculation and allow the police to do their job.’
It came after Tsidi Winion, 20, of Handyside Street, Camden, was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon Monday, 15 December. He has been remanded in custody until trial.
Daniel Williams, 39, of Shooters Hill, Camden has been remanded in custody charged with fraud, theft, dangerous driving and taking without owner’s consent.
He was arrested alongside Derdour at a property in north-west London on Friday, 26 December.
Three other people – two men and a woman – arrested with Derdour at an address in north west London on Friday, 26 December, have been bailed pending further enquiries.
The woman was also arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
A former teacher at Adam’s school told Metro: ‘He was a lovely boy, we are all devastated. There have been friends of his crying at the scene. It’s such a waste of life.
‘He left the school in Year 8 he had his whole life ahead of him. He had three brothers, I feel for the family.
‘So many kids go through the school that I know it’s very raw.’
