While Montrealers were still sleeping, Santa and his reindeer were already well on their way around the world. By 7 a.m., NORAD had tracked them through New Zealand and they were headed for Antarctica. Though NORAD won't give exact times for the big guy's landing in a particular place, it notes that he doesn't arrive until all the children are asleep.
