Additions sought
at Bolinas home
The Marin County Community Development Agency is reviewing a proposal to expand a residence in Bolinas.
The project at 330 Horseshoe Hill Road would increase the floor area from about 2,737 square feet to 3,959 square feet, according to the county. The property owners want to build a 896-square-foot detached accessory structure and add 326 square feet to another detached structure to create an accessory dwelling unit.
The project requires a coastal development permit. The county has not scheduled a public hearing. Project details are online at shorturl.at/0Xp5p.
