Satellite Images Show USS Iwo Jima and USS Gravely at Striking Distance of Venezuela, as Poll Reveals Majority in Latin America Supports Military Intervention Against Maduro

Poll by Atlas Intel and Bloomberg shows support in all Latin America for US military action in the Caribbean.

‘The board is set, the pieces are moving’ – and the crowd is cheering.

In the last few days, the White House has consistently denied reports that the decision to strike Venezuelan targets connected to drug trafficking has been made.

However, not only are those reports continuing to pop up, but the actions taken by the US military that is besieging the Socialist country speak volumes.

Maduro is on the brink.

Daily, now, the tyrant of Caracas Nicolas Maduro occupies the airwaves with his fake calls for ‘peace’, but most in Latin America remember that, with feeble Joe Biden in office, Maduro was about to invade neighboring Guyana to steal their oil, as we reported in April 2024: POWDER KEG AMERICA: Maduro Signs Into Law Referendum Claiming Essequibo, Guyana as Part of Venezuela, Says Guyana Is Governed by US Southern Command, the CIA and Exxon-Mobil.

And because of that and many other reasons, Latin Americans are showing support for a US military intervention in the Bolivarian Republic.

Newsweek reported:

“The United States has intensified its naval presence in the Caribbean, with satellite imagery confirming the deployment of the USS Iwo Jima and USS Gravely, now stationed within striking distance of Venezuela.

[…] The positioning of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group and the guided-missile destroyer Gravely represents a dramatic escalation in the region, underscoring the Pentagon’s growing readiness for possible military action.”

“Images by the ESA’s Sentinel-2 satellites shows the USS Iwo Jima and her Arleigh Burke-class destroyer escort heading westward after being spotted off the coast of Grenada over the past few days.

The warships are now approximately 124 miles from Venezuela’s La Orchila Island—home to one of the country’s key airbases and radar facilities. Their approach places them within immediate operational range for amphibious or precision strike missions, intensifying pressure on Caracas as regional tensions climb.”

Other highlights of the Atlas Poll: 73% in Latin America believe Venezuela to be a dictatorship.

And the same 73% of Latin Americans believe Venezuela will be better off once Maduro is gone.
