The Boys From Oklahoma returning to Stillwater

STILLWATER, Okla. (KFOR) - The Boys From Oklahoma are coming back to Stillwater in 2026.

According to Oklahoma State Athletics, Cross Canadian Ragweed and Turnpike Troubadours are coming to Boone Pickens Stadium on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

The Boys From Oklahoma Round 2 comes after there were four shows in Stillwater this past April. Millions were estimated to have attended, and the shows gave Stillwater an economic boost.

The City saw a large increase in visitors and sales tax revenue.

"All of that goes to roads and infrastructure, and just that boost and that can help us make things better, so when they come back the next year, Stillwater is an even better place," said Nicole Horn, vice president/director of sales, Visit Stillwater.

Oklahoma State Athletics also saw a boost, $2.8 million from the concerts went straight to the university's NIL fund, benefitting OSU athletics.

"Visit Stillwater is so excited to have the Boys from Oklahoma back, it brought in great attendance last year and new people to Stillwater," said Horn.

One of those fans was Ryan McCollough, who came all the way from Alabama, and he's ready for round two. He got his accommodations before the official announcement was even released.

"Found a place that was reasonably priced and that the price hadn't been jacked up or anything like that yet. I immediately booked it, just in case, and it turned out, I guess, right," said McCollough.

It's a good thing he did because, just like last time, a place to stay will be hard to come by.

"I already know that some people are having trouble seeing or finding anything. That's not Oklahoma City, Perry, Cushing, or Guthrie already, that's not, hundreds and hundreds of dollars,' said McCollough.

Fans are ready to repeat history with the boys back in town.
