Bluesince62 F.E.A.Definitely a fan of the air BnBs now - there are some crackers out there - in the UK too. Obviously ours have to be dog friendly now, for my birthday in August we've hired one on t' edge of Saddleworth Moors (not one for the kids!) stunning views, great walks around the lake, nice pubs all close, property itself is 5 star with a hot tub etc etc. Only an hour 40 away as well. It's the way forward. Neds Cottage this one is called. Obviously not going to be a mad one, but that's fine by me now. You do outgrow 'the Strip' as you get older.
