Inside Retail has revealed finalists for the upcoming Retailer Awards 2025 presented with Commonwealth Bank.
Judges this year include Colleen Callander, co-founder and director of Human Elevation; Nick Gray, founder of I Got You Consultancy; Andy Evans, co-founder of Humii; Jason Pallant, senior lecturer for marketing at RMIT University; Carly Whitelaw, founder and lead advisor of CWC; Lauren Kelly, strategy director at Interbrand; Aaron Spowart, executive sales manager of commercial banking at Commonwealth Bank; and Tess McCormack, GM of small businesses in Victoria and Tasmania at Commonwealth Bank.
Inside Retail Australia‘s managing editor Heather McIlvaine and features and premium editor Tamera Francis, and Inside Retail Asia‘s features and premium editor Tong Van will also serve as judges in the event.
“The quality of entries this year was phenomenal. Despite tough trading conditions, many Australian and New Zealand retailers continued to invest in CX, leveraging data, technology and innovative thinking to elevate their offerings in line with consumers’ rapidly changing expectations,” said McIlvaine.
“The judges faced a difficult task narrowing down the field, and while the winners will be revealed next month, all of this year’s finalists should be proud of their achievement.”
The winners will be announced in Melbourne on February 20.
