SKY has issued a reminder to customers over a new free monthly perk worth £20 that they are now eligible for.
The broadcaster began giving Sky Cinema subscribers a pair of Vue cinema tickets at no extra cost in October.
Later this month, Babygirl starring Nicole Kidman, A Complete Unknown with Timothee Chalamet and The Brutalist featuring Adrien Brody will also air at Vue[/caption]But with the freebie a relatively new addition, some customers may not be taking advantage of it.
“New year, new month, new free Vue tickets via Sky VIP,” Sky’s help team wrote on X (formerly Twitter) today.
“Make sure to claim your two free Vue tickets in the My Sky app for January!”
Vue cinema tickets usually cost about £10 each if you’re buying online.
For regular cinema-goers, that’s an annual saving of about £240.
The codes can be redeemed against most films, as long as it’s a 2D screening in a Regular Seat, Super Saver, or Saver.
It is important to note that event cinema screenings like special live shows and music aren’t included.
If you want to see a 3D, IMAX or sit in the VIP seating you’ll have to pay an additional supplement.
The special deal is also limited to screenings from Sunday to Thursday.
There’s a daily limit on the number of codes offered so be prepared to grab yours quickly.
If you claim today, you should still be able to catch Wicked, Better Man, and The Wild Robot.
Paddington in Peru, Nosferatu, We Live in Time, Mufasa: The Lion King, Moana 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, are currently being shown at Vue cinemas too.
Later this month, Babygirl starring Nicole Kidman, A Complete Unknown with Timothee Chalamet and The Brutalist featuring Adrien Brody will also air at Vue.
Once you’ve got your codes, you will have until the end of the month to use them – so be sure to claim your tickets sooner rather than later.
You can either input the codes at checkout on Vue’s website, or you can show them when buying tickets directly in the cinema.
Unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for the offer if you’re on a Sky Cinema trial, a NOW Cinema Member or a Virgin Media customer subscribing to Sky Cinema.
