Adrien Brody delivered a heartfelt speech after his big win at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 5) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 51-year-old actor picked up the award for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama for his work in The Brutalist, which also won Best Motion Picture, Drama.
During his acceptance speech, Adrien thanked the Golden Globes voters, his fellow nominees, his cast and crew, his agents, parents, and a special shoutout to Georgina.

“To my beautiful and amazing partner, Georgina. Your generosity of spirit, your own resilience, your immense creativity are a daily reminder of how to be,” he said fighting back tears. “I would not be standing here before you [the audience] if it wasn’t for you [Georgina]. There was a time not too long ago that I felt that this may never be a moment afforded to me again, so thank you.”

If you didn’t know, this is Adrien‘s second Golden Globes nomination and his first win. He was previously nominated in the same category for his work in The Pianist over 20 years ago.
