Disgraced and ousted former Long Island Rep. George Santos (R) had some crucial tips for former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) – but not for his political career or new hosting gig.
Instead, Santos – at Gaetz’s request – offered the former Florida congressman make-up advice and expressed concern for his appearance. The moment came Friday on a segment titled “Makeup-Gaetz” on his new One American News Network program, “The Matt Gaetz Show.”
“George, what was going on with my makeup – help me, give me advice,” Gaetz asked.
Santos delivered a light-hearted analysis of what makeup he believes Gaetz should apply before hitting the air to film his show.
“Matt Gaetz let me tell you something: highlighter is not for you, stop highlighting the center of your face, it makes your eye very small, and it gives you the glow – not the glow you think it gives you,” Santos said.

Santos added: “Look at the flawlessness in my skin – no highlighter needed.”
But Santos wasn’t done just yet. He next offered his “honest advice” to the one-time attorney general nominee.
“Here’s what you need to do Matt – you need to go buy yourself double wear foundation from Estee Lauder," Santos told him. "It’s definitely the best thing for us to do on TV so that we look normal, and we don’t look like – I’m sorry I really did – I was concerned when I saw the images I thought you had botched Botox or something.”
Gaetz’s on-air appearance has raised eyebrows across social media and sparked similar rumors. Santos has remained an outspoken defender of Gaetz since he was ousted from Congress last year amid allegations of sexual misconduct with an underage teen, illicit drug use and more.
