STACEY SOLOMON has revealed a nifty trick to make taking your Christmas decorations down simple and stress-free.
The Sort Your Life Out star, 35, has had a busy December, from going all out with her DIY outdoor Christmas display to taking her three younger children to Lapland UK.
The mum of five, who has just announced a BBC documentary series with husband Joe Swash, is a huge fan of DIY, and always has a nifty hack up her sleeve to make household tasks that bit easier.
One task that many of us will have been battling with this week is taking down the Christmas decorations, which can be time-consuming and often leaves you with tangled lights and scraps of tinsel all over the floor.
However, taking to TikTok, Stacey revealed that you can have tangle free lights just by using a coat hanger.
In the video, the Loose Women star can be seen wrapping her Christmas lights around the hanger, meaning that they remain tangle free, and are ready to be put up again next year.
“This is me today taking down all of Christmas,” she said, as she filmed herself removing the decorations and then taking her real tree outside.
“I just got to the point where I couldn’t look at it anymore,” she said.
Stacey said that her house felt “completely empty” without the decorations, but added that it “feels good to have taken everything down.”
“All nice and tidy, no more Christmas!” she said, showing of Pickle Cottage without the decorations.
Yesterday, Stacey announced she and Joe will star in a new TV documentary series following their life with five kids.
The former X-Factor star teased the news with a post that read: “Happy New Year everyone. 2024 was truly the f**k it year for us.
“And the most f**k it thing of all has happened…”
“I don’t know why I’m so nervous to share this but here goes…”
Stacey then left fans on tenterhooks for twenty minutes until she made the big reveal.
Some were even speculating in the comments that Stacey was about to announce she was pregnant with a sixth child.
But she was quick to set the record straight and revealed she and Joe were preparing for a new arrival of a different kind.

Stacey wrote: “A new year. A very new adventure. Coming Spring 2025. We’ve been so nervous & excited to share this. Here is us. All of us.
“In 2024 we opened up our home & made a series about our lives, family, work & everything in between. It was a huge leap into the unknown & it’s been an absolute whirlwind making it. But last year as a family we decided to say yes to more & do things we’d never done.
She continued: “We have spoken about making a documentary for a long time, lots of you have asked too. So here we go.
“A journey with us every second of the way. Through the laughter the tears & the craziness… “
She then promised fans: “We hope it makes you smile, feel good & hopefully enjoy getting to know us all a little more.”
The show will air on BBC and be titled, Stacey and Joe.
