Patti LuPone hosted a star-studded New Year’s Eve party this year with some of the biggest stars of Broadway in attendance!
The Tony-winning legend rang in the new year at her New York City home and she performed a rendition of “Auld Lang Syne” with her guests at the stroke of midnight.
One of the stars in attendance was Nicole Scherzinger, who is currently starring in the Broadway revival of Sunset Boulevard. Patti famously originated the role of Norma Desmond in the London production and was famously replaced from the show before its move to Broadway, leading to a lawsuit that she won against composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Patti went to see Nicole in Sunset Boulevard last month and raved about her performance afterward!
