JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A portion of State Highway 29 near Johnstown is closed due to a car crash, the Fulton County Office of Emergency Management (FCOEM) reported on Thursday afternoon. NY-29 is closed between NY-10 and the Johnstown Transfer Station while crews clear the roadway.
FCOEM stated that multiple roads throughout the county are experiencing winter weather conditions. Officials suggest driving slowly, utilizing caution, and avoiding travel if possible.
