KANSAS (KSNT) - The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) has released its New Year's Holiday Activity Report. In 2024, enforcement numbers were down across the board.
KHP troopers made about a third of the number of DUI arrests and issued less than half the number of citations as compared to the year prior. The KHP worked on one deadly non-DUI-related crash that resulted in one death.
