In Thailand, 21-year-old social media influencer Thanakarn Kanthee died after drinking two bottles of whisky in a challenge for money. He had intellectual disabilities and drank to provide for his family. Police arrested the man who hired him. Authorities charged him with reckless behavior causing death, which can lead to a jail term and fine.
