At least 15 people were killed and 35 injured early Wednesday morning during a suspected terrorist attack in New Orleans’ French Quarter. The perpetrator, a 42-year-old Texas man named Shamsud Din Jabbar, intentionally rammed a pickup truck into New Year’s revelers on Bourbon Street, then crashed his truck and was killed in a shootout with police.
