GLENMONT, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Sushi Shine, located in the former Panera Bread space at 241 Route 9W, has opened in Glenmont. The restaurant has all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi.
When dining in, all-you-can-eat is the only option, meaning you pay one set price and can order whatever you'd like on the menu. Leftovers can be taken home for an extra fee. Take-out, where everything is priced separately, is also available.
The Sushi Shine menu features soup, salad, edamame, gyoza, crab rangoons, fried rice, yaki udon, yakisoba, hibachi, a variety of sushi and sashimi, and more. Sushi Shine is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from noon to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m.
