Eagle-eyed royal fans spot the surprise appearance of 2 special family members in Sarah Ferguson’s video facing 2025

ROYAL fans were thrilled by a surprise appearance from two very special family members in Sarah Ferguson’s latest Instagram video.

The Duchess of York, 65, shared an inspiring message about “strength and resilience” as we approach 2025. 

In the heartfelt clip, Sarah reflected on her journey toward mindfulness and mental wellness, sharing how this year has brought her peace and joy.

“I’ve truly found real joy and peace,” she said in the video. 

“It wasn’t cancer that spurred me to take the shackles off my heart – it was mindfulness and mental wellness. 

“I began exploring ways to nurture my heart and soul, and discovered an incredible app called Zoul, spelled Z-O-U-L, that offers various tools for mindfulness and well-being.”

“It’s an incredible app, and I’m delighted to be able to share it with you because I’m so proud of it. 

“I’m so proud of Dr. Didi and the entire team. And I just want, I think it’s so important when you have something that brings you so much happiness is to share it. So thank you for that.

“And what I do every single day is I find a really quiet place, not just this. I love trees. I like to walk in the garden. I like to walk and really be mindful about gratitude.

“And so I’m taking you here with me today, and we’re sitting on this bench. Yes, we are sitting on the bench, and we are mindfully silent. 

“And we’re looking and we’re thinking about just how lucky we are. And, you know, they always say trees speak.

“Well, I like to sit here and just think and be in silence. So rather than talking to you, I’m going to be in silence right now. Thank you, Dr. Didi. Thank you for Z-O-U-L, Zoul.”

But it wasn’t just the message that eagle-eyed fans were listening to.

In the background of the Duchess of York’s video, were two dogs which fans were wondering if they were the late Queens.

“Was that the queens corgi?,” asked one fan.

To which another replied: “I believe both dogs were the late Queens dogs.”

Sarah went on to explain further in the caption of the video: “As we reflect on the year gone by and the one that lies ahead, I know 2024 has been a challenging time for many. 

In my life, I was diagnosed with skin cancer and breast cancer. 

“I’m not ashamed to say that it’s been tough. Sometimes, all of us are overwhelmed by loneliness, anxiety, or sleeplessness. 

“So this year, I decided to seek out tools that can help with healthfulness, wellness, and peacefulness.

“In those times when I needed a simple reminder that “everything will be okay.
