Next Monday, January 6, 2025, Micki Witthoeft, the mother of Ashli Babbitt, along with a group of dedicated patriots, will gather in Washington, D.C., to honor the lives of those who tragically lost their lives during the events of January 6, 2021.
The Annual Memorial Walk, now in its third year, serves as a solemn commemoration of Ashli Babbitt, Rosanne Boyland, Kevin Greeson, and Benjamin Phillips.
The memorial walk will begin at the Peace Circle Monument at 2:15 PM, with participants embarking on their journey around the Capitol at 2:30 PM.
The event will feature a poignant moment of remembrance as flowers are laid on the Capitol steps at 2:44 PM, marking the exact time Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot by a Capitol Hill Police officer, who was later allocated funds after killing Ashli in cold blood.
Micki Witthoeft and other members of the January 6 community have vowed to continue this annual tradition to keep alive the memory of those who lost their lives.
From the announcement:
We invite you to join us in a walk around the Capitol to honor the memories of Ashli Babbitt, Rosanne Boyland, Kevin Greeson, and Benjamin Phillips, whose lives were tragically lost on January 6th, 2021. Together, we will lay flowers in their remembrance.
We will meet at the Peace Circle Monument at 2:15 PM and begin walking at 2:30 PM. lay flowers on the Capitol steps 2:44 PM (the time when Ashli was shot and killed) then continue the walk around the Capitol.
Last year, Micki Witthoeft was arrested at the US Capitol during the march.
Capitol Police set up a roadblock and ordered the protesters to cross the street to the sidewalk or be arrested. After an officer shoulder-checked Witthoeft when she tried to move past him, Witthoeft turned her back to the officers and offered to be arrested. She was immediately cuffed and taken into custody.
While being detained, Witthoeft says, “Capitol Police suck ass!”
The Gateway Pundit interviewed Micki after her arrest.
“What happened was we went to the Supreme Court to support the Supreme Court taking up the Brunson Brothers Initiative, and it was our intention to go lay flowers on the Capitol steps for the poor people that died that day,” Witthoeft told The Gateway Pundit at the time.
She added, “Because even people that are on the right side don’t really know about the other three deaths that day. My daughter, Ashli Babbitt, Roseanne Boyland, who was beaten to death by Officer Lila Morris, and names that people never hear Kevin Greeson and Benjamin Phillips, who were killed with flash bang grenades that day.”
The Gateway Pundit hopes that you can join Micki and several patriots as they remember Ashli Babbitt this year—four years after her violent death at the hands of a Capitol Hill Police Officer.
