TRAGEDY struck during a cricket match as a player collapsed and died of a heart attack mid-match.
A player named Vijay Patel was batting as usual before reportedly starting to feel unwell.

The star was caught on camera as he fell ill after talking to his team-mate.
While he walked back to his crease, he collapsed on the wicket after suffering from a heart attack.
His teammates and opposition players rushed to his aid and promptly transported him to a nearby hospital in a desperate attempt to save him.
Despite their efforts, medical professionals at the hospital declared him deceased upon arrival.
Reports suggested that Patel was on Christmas vacation.
During the tournament, Bhola Kamble, the organiser, reported that Patel fell to the ground after hitting a six in the second over of the game.
He said: “Initially, we suspected he had a leg cramp, but upon closer inspection, we discovered he was in significant distress.

“Without hesitation, we immediately transported him to the nearest hospital when he collapsed.
