Kristin Cavallari isn’t holding back about her ex, Jay Cutler.
The 37-year-old The Hills alum spoke out on the Dumb Blonde podcast about her 41-year-old former NFL star ex.
During the conversation, Kristin revealed that her ex-husband is bringing “zero f–king consistency” to their co-parenting dynamic. (The two share sons Camden, 12, and Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, 9.)
She described their co-parenting schedule as “so up and down.”
“[It’s] really hard. It has not been easy, to say the least,” she admitted before describing one positive moment in their “bumpy road.”

“We sat together at a basketball game earlier in the year, and I was like, ‘Holy f–k, this is the best thing that’s ever happened. Jesus Christ, we made it. We can sit next to each other,’” she recalled. “And we haven’t sat together since, so I don’t f–king know. What the f–k?”
She also said she didn’t think they’d spend holidays together with their three kids in the future, and that not having a “family unit” during Christmas “bums me out sometimes.”
“Coming from divorced parents, the last thing I ever wanted was a divorce. I won’t lie to you. That still will creep up once in a while. … It just sucks that we’re not together as a family,” she admitted. The two were married from 2013 to 2020.
Elsewhere in the episode, she referred to her ex as a “pathological liar.”
She also said: “There are things from my marriage that I will never know, and I’ve just sort of had to let that go. I’m over it now.”
She also finally spoke out for the first time about her brief romance with Morgan Wallen.
