KATIE Price has risked a £1k fine as she used her son Harvey’s disabled badge to dump her car on a pavement.
The 46-year-old star, who has been starring as a wicked step-sister in a pantomime production of Cinderella, displayed a blue disabled badge in the window, despite her son Harvey not being in attendance.

The former glamour model was accompanied by her boyfriend JJ Slater as she positioned her Nissan on the pavement and blocked it, while arriving at Northwich Memorial Court on Sunday, December 29.
The blue badge that Katie displayed showed her arrival time as 2:30pm.
Katie attempted to conceal her identity in a black hoody and cap, with her hood up.
She wore blue jeans and trainers and clutched onto a large black handbag as she followed her Married At First Sight star boyfriend inside.
It is a criminal offence to misuse the badge, as stated on the Gov UK website, and Harvey was not in attendance at the time of the star using it.
The website reads: “This includes people other than the badge holder taking advantage of the parking concessions provided under the scheme.
“It could lead to a £1,000 fine and confiscation of the badge.”
The badge rules on the site also specify that those using it should not park “where it would endanger, inconvenience or obstruct pedestrians or other road users.”
This includes on a pavement, “unless signs permit it,” as wheelchairs and pedestrians cannot pass.
The guidelines on badge use continue: “The badge remains the property of the issuing local council. They can ask for the badge to be returned if it is being misused.”
The Sun has contacted Katie’s rep for comment.
It comes after Katie was joined by her son Harvey Price on stage at the pantomime she’s been starring in a few days ago.
The star shared a clip of Harvey dancing on stage next to her on social media.
The Blue Badge is not a licence to park anywhere. Like other road users, you must obey the rules of the road, as laid out in the Highway Code. Here is a list of places where you must not park:
The clip, shared to Instagram Stories, was captioned by proud mum Katie as she wrote: “I just love my @officialharveyprice”.
The clip, originally filmed by a fan in the audience, shows Katie alongside her co-star Kerry Katona as the pantomime performed their final number.
Harvey danced alongside his mum to Wizzard’s Christmas hit ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday’.
Katie will be raking in £50,000 for her performances in the pantomime at Northwich Memorial Court in Cheshire.
An insider recently told us: “Katie knows her worth and she won’t take a penny less. Despite everything she’s a shrewd negotiator and her name still has some pull when it comes to booking gigs.
“The panto organisers are thrilled with the response to Katie and Kerry being in the show so far and in their eyes it’s money well spent.”
