Former Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) once again failed at an effort to sue after being mocked by parody Twitter accounts, including one called "Devin Nunes' Cow."
On Monday, Democratic strategist Adam Parkhomenko revealed that the case against him filed by Nunes in Virginia had been dismissed after having no activity for more than three years.
"This case is dismissed from the docket and placed among the ended cases," the order said.
In 2019, Nunes' lawyer, Steven Biss, subpoenaed the former Democratic National Committee employee and a Democrat-supporting law firm to turn over communications regarding the Twitter accounts known as Devin Nunes' Cow and Devin Nunes' Mom.
