MIDTOWN, Manhattan (PIX11) – A person of interest in a subway slashing was found with a screwdriver and knife, police said.
The attack happened after an argument on a northbound C train near the 50th Street station around 1:21 a.m. Monday, according to the NYPD.
A 48-year-old man was slashed in the neck and rushed to an area hospital in stable condition, police said.
A man was taken into custody but had not been charged Monday morning, police said.
On Sunday evening, a man was stabbed inside the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues station in Brooklyn, police said. He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
