Five people have reportedly been charged in relation to Liam Payne‘s tragic passing.
The One Direction star passed away at the age of 31 in October 2024 after falling from the balcony of his hotel room in Argentina. According to a toxicology report, he had traces of various drugs in his system at the time.
His death sparked an investigation, which lead to three arrests taking place in November. Over the weekend, there was a new update, which revealed that additional people have been charged in relation to the incident.

Multiple people who worked at the hotel where Liam passed were charged. This allegedly includes hotel managers Gilda Martín and Esteban Grassi, who face manslaughter charges.
Waiter Braian Paiz was charged with supplying narcotics for payment and CasaSur employee Ezequiel Pereyra was charged with supply narcotics. The former has previously spoken out about his connection to the musician.
Liam‘s friend Roger Nores was charged with negligent homicide and is reportedly unable to leave Argentina amid the investigation.
Roger has also spoken about his relationship with Liam and defended himself from the allegations.
The outlet reported that the five must appear in court in relation to the charges.
