CBS correspondent Robert Costa warned Americans to expect "governing by crisis" in 2025 after Republicans take complete control of the federal government.
During a Sunday panel discussion on Face the Nation, Costa pointed to narrow Republican majorities in the House and Senate as a problem for the party.
"Governing by crisis in 2025," the reporter predicted. "Crisis persists."
"Look, they only have a handful of seats in the House for the Republican majority," he continued. "They can only do so much."

Costa said fights over the debt limit and spending were all but guaranteed.
"Deja vu, that culture of crisis governing to the brink of discussions is here again," he lamented.
