France was deeply saddened to learn of the crash that took place yesterday near Aktau, Kazakhstan, of Azerbaijan Airlines flight J2-8243 en route from Baku to Grozny. France expresses its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, as well as their respective countries, and wishes a speedy recovery to those who survived the crash.
